- Sun dried tomatoes (1/2 cup / 30 g)

*Q & A with Dr. SAM
Answer: I am a big fan of dancing as a form of exercise, spiritual transformation, and overall personal development. Dance has been around for MANY years throughout time. There really are not many new forms of dance, but rather a rebirthing of an awareness of the importance of it. The fun thing about forms such as ‘ecstatic dance’, is that it helps you tap into your own creative personal power and freely express yourself in movement (free form, conscious dance), which is something many people are often very scared or too reserved to do. As such, many people have major breakthroughs in mind, body, and spirit when performing such a form of dance. Overall, no matter what form of dance you choose to engage in, I think the “Safety First Rule” should always apply. This means, above all else, the dance should be safe for you to perform (including the level of intensity; your own personal physical abilities; and the actual dancing environment itself). Dance is a great way to celebrate life! So, dance away!
