Woodstock Fruit Festival 2017 Update

Many people complain about affordable “health care”!
Last time I checked… which was this morning…
Proper Breathing; Adequate Sleep; Meditation; Exercise; Sunshine\; Loving relationships– are FREE!
Healthy food, clean water, and the rest of it– are “LOW COST” (depending on how it’s sourced)!
Doctors and hospitals don’t provide “health care”, Mother Nature does! They provide medical care, when necessary. What’s needed most in healthcare reform is a change in consciousness, not more (expensive) medical procedures and drugs!

*Pina Colada Bowl
Here’s another scrumptious plant-based option to help raise your level of vitality! Packed with nutrition, this scrumptious meal is sure to deliver!
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 Pineapple (1.25 lb)
- 1 Mango (0.5 lbs)
- Strawberries (1 cup)
- Water from 1 young coconut (1.5 cups)
Directions: Core and chop the pineapple and mango. Blend 1⁄2 of the pineapple with all of the mango and all of the “water” from the young coconut till smooth. Dice the strawberries along with the remaining pineapple and place them in a bowl, pouring the “broth” over top! For a optional creamy treat blend 1⁄2 – all the young coconut jelly into the “broth”! *Q & A with Dr. SAM
Answer: I think Qigong (sometimes written Qi Gong or Chi Kung) is a very valuable health practice that can have many benefits including: lowering stress; improving posture, breathing, and movement awareness; increasing overall energy and vitality in the body; improving mental clarity and focus; and creating a sense of internal harmony and balance. Qigong also helps one connect with the present moment and may be considered a form of movement meditation. When practiced regularly, it can significantly improve one’s quality of life!
