Woodstock Fruit Festival 2017 Update
421 attendees have already registered for Woodstock 2017 representing 15 countries – Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom, 36 states nationwide – Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico!

Last year, this amazing festival attracted people from all over the world. That festival had almost 600 attendees and the event was absolutely amazing!!! The Festival was filled with:

*Movie Recommendation- What The Health
If you only watch only one movie about health this year, make it this one! It’s called… “What The Health”

Sometimes, the best way to make a difference is to be different!
*Creamy Cucumber Noodles Recipe
Here’s another scrumptious plant-based option to help raise your level of vitality! Packed with nutrition, this scrumptious meal is sure to deliver!
- 3 cucumbers (1.5 lb / 680 g)
- 1 bunch celery (1 lb / 460 g)
- 1 red pepper (.25 lb / 115 g)
- sunflower seeds (1⁄4 cup / 60 g)
- sun dried tomatoes (1⁄4 cup / 60 g)
Directions: Make noodles with 1⁄2 the cucumbers by peeling the outside portions with a julienne peeler or mandolin. Place the noodles in a bowl and remaining peeled 1⁄2 cucumber in a blender. Finely chop 1/3 the celery and all of the red pepper, place all in a bowl. Blend the peeled cucumber, remaining celery, sun dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds till thick and creamy. Pour over top of the chopped ingredients and enjoy!
*Option to blend only 1⁄2 of the seeds adding the rest to the diced ingredients 🙂

Answer: I think both have many benefits! I personally consume both. An important thing to consider is not always ‘which is better’, but rather, which one will you commit to doing consistently and on a long-term basis! Good health is a long-term, life-time commitment! Therefore, long-term positive results will result from long-term consistent positive health habits. Experiment! Have fun with it! Figure out what works best for you! Then… do it! And… keep doing it!
