  • Dr. SAM's 'Energy Lab' ('Qigong' with Dr. SAM)

    • Energy is EVERYTHING! When you know how to cultivate it; harness it; and use it wisely, you are destined for health success! 

    • 'Qigong' = ‘'Energy Cultivation Practice’ combines 'active movements'; 'stationary postures';' ‘breathing techniques'; 'self-massage', and 'focused intention' to promote better health and overall well-being.

    • Come raise some health' with Dr. SAM by getting your Qi flowing, and your health glowing! 

    • Dr. SAM's simple 'A-B-C Approach' makes learning the practice of Qigong simple, fun, and effective. (Don't worry if you have no prior experience.)

  • Dr. SAM's 'Movement Lab' (Move Better! -- Improve Fitness! – Prevent Injuries!)

    • Many people exercise, but they often don't really 'move well'.

    • Learning to 'move correctly' is paramount for not only feeling good, but in preventing injuries as well. Your survival may even depend on your ability to  'move well' when needed. 

    • You will learn 'key exercise principles'; as well as practice how to 'move well' to optimize your fitness levels; as well as prevent injuries.

    • Dr. SAM will also answer your specific questions about specific exercises. There will definitely be some golden nuggets taken from these classes, as it pertains to improving your overall health, fitness, and performance in life!

  • Dr. SAM's 'Eating Lab' (Eat Healthier! – Overcome Weight Challenges! – Master Your Diet! )

    • You will learn KEY ‘holistic nutrition principles'; as well as 'practice them' to optimize your health.

    • Many people eat, but few digest and assimilate correctly. (You will learn the 'art of mindful eating', so you can optimize your nutrition and well-being. 

    • You will learn simple healthy plant-based recipes (Don't worry if you can't cook. You very often won't need too!) 

    • You will learn useful tips and strategies to help you stay healthy (including: 'simple ways to grow food'; 'sourcing/buying your food''; 'preventing nutritional imbalances'; and 'eating when traveling'.)

    • Dr. SAM will also answer your specific questions about eating healthy and staying properly nourished.
