What happens in a Therapeutic Breathwork Session?

Therapeutic Breathwork Sessions with Dr. SAM may include: hands-on bodywork; meditation and/or mindfulness activities; as well as well as specific therapeutic breathing exercises that help to correct faulty breathing patterns. You will also be shown ‘how to’ maintain healthy breathing habits; as well as taught simple breathing strategies that address your specific needs and goals.

Sessions may last from 30-90 minutes, depending on your objectives and preferred learning style. You will work either 1-on-1, or in a group, with Dr. SAM utilizing a customized approach to help improve your breath, improve your health, and improve your life!
