Perseverance: A Needed Attribute! 

There currently appears to be much suffering all around us. With the added negative hype of certain media, this can make it hard to remain positive. Perseverance is the one attribute that is needed most right now. Anybody can quit. It's easy to give up. However, that solves nothing! Whining about it solves nothing either!

What does solve things is perseverance. The real 'spiritual warriors' on this planet know this, and they WILL be the ones who survive and thrive in the future. 

Bottom line: When feeling 'well', it's much easier to persevere!

Here are 8 simple strategies to feel better, remain positive, and persevere in current unsettled times:

1. Sunbathe (preferably with minimal to no clothing if possible) every day for at least 10 minutes. (Note: You can combine #1 with #3, or with #4, for time savings.)

2. Eat plenty of raw, living, plant based foods (fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, sprouts, legumes, tubers, herbs, wild edibles); and stay adequately hydrated.

3. Walk barefoot on the earth for at least 10 minutes every day.

4. Sit in a quiet place, breathe slow and deep, and receive Divine guidance for at least 10 minutes.

5. Minimize your exposure to toxic people and places as much as possible.

6. Exercise, stretch, dance, move, and be physical.

7. Get plenty of quality sleep in a well-ventilated, low-no EMF stressed, quiet, dark environment.

8. Send and receive LOTS of LOVE!

Even doing just one of these simple strategies can make a significant difference (especially in the times we are in).

Remember: Knowledge is knowing; and wisdom is doing!
