Your Body Is Your Home!

Your body is your home! Think about that for a minute. Go ahead: 60 seconds starting.... now! Ok, seriously though, think about it. Your body is your home. It's where you live each day. The word body comes from the word 'abode', which means 'a home' or 'place of dwelling'. So, what does your home look like? Is it clean? Is it orderly? Is it a place where health can reside? People often desire a big beautiful home, but often neglect the very one that they already have; the one that travels around with them each day. They invest lots of money into a mortgage, but not much into their own personal abode!

Each day, you have a chance to clean and build your body! Each day, you can pollute the very place you live, or you can fill it up with pure love! Each day, you can choose to make your body a better place to be! Here's some simple tips for cleaning and caring for your humble 'abode':

1. Eat plenty of organic plant-based foods (LOTS of fruits and veggies!).

2. Be a conscious breather. Breathe fully and deeply into your life each day. Breath = Life!

3. Clean your body with pure water and stay adequately hydrated.

4. Sunbathe!- Take in the vital rays of the sun each day! How much sun? Enough sun is the right amount!

5. Walk barefoot on the earth to stay grounded and fully connected!

6. Get plenty of restful sleep!

7. Move your body and keep it fit and strong! 

8. Keep your living and work space clean and orderly.  

9. Cultivate loving relationships with others! 

10. Have fun! Celebrate life each day! 

Take time each day to care for your abode (body). It's the only one you have and it's going to follow you around, whether you like it or not!
