Zen Mind, Strong Body!

This is not just a saying, but a “standard of living”! 

The mind-body connection is REAL!

What this means is that... when you have it, your health and life will prosper. When it’s absent, there will be suffering! You must learn to cherish this connection. Protect it, nourish it, and feed it well each day! How do you make this connection? You create the habits, rituals, and behaviors that allow you to do so. You make this mind-body connection a 'priority' or 'standard of living'; just like other aspects of your life that help define the desire of 'how' you want to live.

For example:

  • How to eat the foods that nourish you properly.

  • Learning to breathe consciously into your life.

  • Learning to quiet the mind through meditation practice.

  • Learning to exercise in a way that is 'right' for you. 

This is one of my favorite things to do on my wellness retreats— teach people ‘how to’ cultivate the mind-body connection so their lives will prosper at a much greater level!
