Dr. SAM shares a funny story in this video about one of his clients who was consuming a so-called 'cup' of coffee with the belief that this was good for him. After further discussion with Dr. SAM (as well as this client consulting his own wife) about what actually constitutes a true 'cup', this client was willing to rethink his choice about his perceived 'health beverage'. Is coffee really good for you? Do the detriments outweigh the benefits? How much coffee should one drink? These questions are briefly addressed within this video.
